I want to be clear in one point:

Geographic and cultural diversity, multilingualism, gender balance

Exactly which is the proposal to give points in this section.. (be man/woman; be part of which region give more points; know how many languages).

I want to be clear because could be very subjective and not objective if we don't put clear the rules before.
