[At-review] ICANN's Accountability and Transparency Frameworks and Principles - document to read before the next week meeting

Thanks Janis  this and other resources  were accumulated in a wiki portal
for my communities use and reference in our current RT processes  see
https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?at_large_workspace_on_the_accountability_and_transparency_review_team


Perhaps we could consider  looking at what each of us have set up  for
our community use in MdR and see what might be of use to the wider community
(thus should be appended to our AT Review Web page) if we have time or
inclination.
