[At-review] Interaction with Icann, venue of the next meetings

Hi Fabio
Thanks for these thoughts about future f2f meetings.
I agree we should cover this in MdR, and map out a schedule counting
down to Colombia.
It should also be possible to arrange a formal session with the board.
The logical event is Brussels - but that agenda is already very full,
so if we wish to include a Board/Team meeting we shall have to
advance that expeditiously.
In advance of those discussions, I repeat the invitation to come for
one of the sessions to New Zealand.
Auckland is very well served by international airlines, and a single
flight from LA, SF, Sydney where staff and Team members reside.
