[At-review] Revised staff questions from Becky and Brian

Hi Warren
I don't think Rod has changed his plans - he has been unavailable  
since this date was announced.
He has made sure the  former VP of policy Denise Michel, now in  
charge of Transparency and accountability, is going to be present, as  
well as other staff. I am sure there will be other opportunities for  
the Team to meet with Rod.
And yes, Larry Strickling is attending MdR.
