Dear RT Members,
At your request, a 1.5 day meeting of the Review Team has been booked from Friday morning the 18th June to Saturday morning the 19th June in Brussels; moreover, staff is exploring different alternatives for a public timeslot as to allow your Review Team to interact with the ICANN community.
Very likely this timeslot will be available on Monday afternoon, but we will come back to you soon with more details.
In the meantime, and in order to plan travel support, please inform us individually by the end of this week:

*         whether you intend to participate to these meetings;

*         whether you intend to ask for ICANN travel support.
