[AT-Review] RT meeting in Egypt in October ..

Thank you, Manal!

For the purposes of planning, I have an ARIN meeting on 6-8 Oct. A  
quick look at flights tell me that I can't get to Cairo until late  
Saturday night 9 Oct. So I would support a meeting in Egypt that  
starts no earlier than Sunday morning 10 Oct.
