Fabio I got this from Alice.
Doodle is not a password protected tool, but the random-generated link where polls are published -sent only to target respondents- should be sufficient to prevent abuse in responses.
Considering what Fabio noticed, Alice please do the following:
* ask individual confirmation to all target respondents of the answer that has been attributed to them.
* send out an individual email to those RT members who did not reply yet to this poll asking to indicate their preferences by email

In the meantime we'll ask IT to work on the IP address of the respondent on behalf of Fabio -s/he may have left some traces behind him/her...

For future polls we'll try to see if there are doodle-alike tools but offering password protection... A bit of a hassle, but we'll have a look to it.

I am very worried.   I have just seen the results of this Doodle.

I appear to have replied and to be favourable to opening the e-mail archives.   May be.

But the crucial thing is that I have never replied to it ! ! !

Somebody has replied in my name.     The Doodle system asks the person to chose is name.   Anyone can answer in somebody’s elses’s name.

That this happens on such a crucial issue is very, very worrying.   We must look into it.
