I fully support the new format of the report which provides a more readable and to the point output of our meeting bearing in mind that the meeting details are also made available on the website (audio records) for whoever may be interested ..
I have opened and printed the report upon receipt but now for some reason I'm not able to open the attachment again, so please accept my apologies for not sending my suggestions marked in track changes in the report itself ..
 
- the report mentiones the interviews with ICANN staff & I was wondering whether we want to add that a list of questions has also been compiled and submitted to ICANN staff (and if this list is now available on the website it should be referenced too) ..
- the report also mentions the three data colleaction periods and I was wondering if the team will want to also add the main sources of our data collection, being the Board, the staff, the community, the GAC, and the SOs/ACs ..
- Finally the report mentions that for Brussels the team agreed to meet with the ICANN board, the GAC, the community & the Board/GAC JWG .. I remeber that we also agreed to try to meet with SOs/ACs and was wondering if the group will want to add it to this bullet as well as to the bullet on the same topic in the calendar section ..
