[AT-Review] Brussels - meeting time with Board

And I confirmed us having a 'working lunch with ALAC and At-Large  in the
between times  shown in ALAC schedule as a time block Working Lunch:
Accountability and Transparency Review Team (12:30-14:00) at
https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?at_large_brussels_schedule  Yes we
blocked time out longer than perhaps needed/we'll end up using and I'd
believe ALAC and At-Large will use the space in that block that we do not
end up  occupying... But it does mean we will get a sandwich and a cold
drink  in what will otherwise be a day of end to end meetings for ATRT...

I assume Janis and the GAC will let us know if they are planning on shifting
with the Board time slot ASAP but basically we will be fitting in a LOT on
the Sunday => Not a bad thing at all in my view... just need to
coordinate...
