[AT-Review] Brussels - meeting time with Board

While 30 minutes is not much time for the GAC/Board Joint Working Group, if
the participants on that Joint Working Group attend the respective (and
longer in duration) GAC and Board meetings, the RT would have ample time to
ask questions pertaining to the GAC/Board JWG. If there is no objection, I
suggest we make the proposed schedule changes and I will confirm with Diane
that we can meet with the ICANN Board from 2:00p.m. to 3:30p.m. as she
suggests.

As it stands now there is a conflict.

I was looking to the GAC schedule and I could accommodate a change and shift
the GAC meeting with A&T RT to Sunday 4pm instead of 2pm.

Equally, I could accept curtailing the A&T RT meeting with GAC Board JWG to
30 min from noon to 12.30. That would allow A&T RT engage with ALAC and At
Large community between 12.30 and 2pm.

It would mean that the RT will be with GAC 2h30 min – 30 min – with JWG and
2 hours with GAC itself.

Best regards

JK

RT,

Diane Schroeder from ICANN staff called to ask if the ATRT can meet with the
ICANN Board on Sunday, June 20 at 2:00p.m. to 3:30p.m. We have outstanding
requests for time with the GAC and the GAC/Board working group. Janis, (or
anybody) could you quickly confirm whether Diane’s proposed time works for
us or not so she can lock in a time with the Board. Thank you.

Brian
