I have full-day GAC meetings on Tues. from
9:00 - 12:30 back-to-back meetings
12:30 - 2:15 break
2:15 - 18:00 back-to-back meetings

the 9:00 - 10:00 slot is a joint meeting with the NRO that is still to be confirmed .. so it would also depend on the exact slot that would be agreed upon by most RT members ..

RT,

Below is a NEW Doodle poll for our next call. The last Doodle did not generate a time when all RT members could attend. Also, as Louis pointed out, we had not adjusted the time of the call forward by 6 hours as we had agreed. I am aware that one of the 5 dates is Monday, May 31 the Memorial Day holiday in the U.S. It is important we have our next call soon so if that is the only date that works I would be willing to participate.

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP so we can get our next call on the calendar.

On another note, whichever RT members are responsible for arranging meetings between the RT and ICANN Board, GAC, community, constituencies etc., please send an email to the list with confirmed and proposed meeting times as of today. We need to build a calendar for our week in Brussels. With many RT members having other commitments during ICANN meetings, it is important to have a complete calendar for reference.

Best,

Brian
