Alice,

Would you please have ICANN IT Staff investigate on how we
can make the attachments be publicly viewable as well?  I've
confirmed what @kierenmccarthy tweeted:

@AoC_ATRT: Some of the emails contain attachments - but without a
login to the mailing list, there is no way to view them. FYI

But I don't have an option on the list admin interface for the
attachments separately.
