[AT-Review] Draft announcement of Public Comment opening

RT,

I have been informed that the translated versions will be completed and
ready for publication this Wednesday, November 3. That would have the
comment period closing on Dec. 3rd or 4th, depending on the time of
publication, which would have the period close just before the start of the
Cartagena meeting. We will go with publication this Wednesday.

Good thought Peter on referencing the opportunity for the ATRT to hear from
the public in Cartagena. If not too late, I will have reference to the
public forum in Cartagena added to the announcement.

Brian

Fine with me.

Would something about discussion of the public comment by the Team with the
community in Cartegena be appropriate?

thanks

RT,

Attached is a draft of the proposed announcement of the issuance of the
draft recommendations for Public Comment that Manal and I drafted. Since
there is an open "public input" mechanism, there is language at the end to
provide clarity to the community and to set a closing date for that public
input mechanism. If you have edits, please provide them rapidly. Thank
you.

Regards,

Brian
