Alice,

These times do not seem to be working. Can you poll for the 29th and 30th
of November at the same times? Thanks.

Brian

Dear Review Team,

Following up on Brian's request, please find below a Doodle poll for the
suggested dates:

Note that I have used the time slot initially foreseen for the cancelled
meeting.

Please complete this doodle poll by 18 November.

Thank you,

Best regards

Alice

RT,

I have spoken with Manal and we have decided to cancel the next ATRT call
that is scheduled for next Monday, November 8. We do not have substantive
matters to discuss at the moment. I am asking Alice to send out a Doodle
poll for a call two weeks from this coming Monday (perhaps do a poll for
Monday and Tuesday, the 22nd and 23rd to find an ideal date for the entire
team). Please propose whatever the next time of day was in the rotation.

Before our next call, a draft of the Final Report will be circulated to the
RT for discussion.

On another note, I will send an email to the Chairs of the ACs/SOs alerting
them to our agenda for Cartagena and asking them to notify us if they wish
to meet with the ATRT (I will not be encouraging it). I have received an
informal request from the GNSO and one may be forthcoming from the GAC. I
will update the RT should formal requests be made and we can decide how to
manage them.

Regards,

Brian
