[AT-Review] Meetings in Cartagena

As Agenda's and schedules are well defined  by now  that would be one of the
best ways to try and work this...   That said  here is the ALAC / At-Large
 schedule<https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+Cartagena+2010+-+Meetings+Schedule>noting
many additional times are slotted for  'main session' activities
workshops etc.,  and there will be some we *ATRT*  can not set up in
competition to IMO...

Alice  Gisella has both A:LAC  and GNSO schedules... And I expect the main
meeting one to go out sometime today...
