On behalf of the Accountability and Transparency Review Team, I wish to
thank you and your team for your hospitality and for Berkman's very useful
inputs and collaboration over the past three days.  Much progress was made
and much work remains but I am confident we are on track to make useful
recommendations in the A&T Review.  Please extend our thanks to Professors
Coates, Burkett, Goodenough and all your team members who are not copied
