Subject: [AT-Review] October 18 call

RT,

We will keep our call on October 18, next Monday. The purpose is to
secure approval of the review team members for the draft document for
public comment. It need not be a long call.

The revised Working Group documents will be sent today. Please review the
revised recommendations (based on yesterday's discussion) and provide
suggested edits to Manal and me no later than close of business Friday
(U.S. EDT).

I will also send the "wrapper" document shortly. Please review that
document and provide suggested edits to me and Manal no later than close
of business Saturday (U.S. EDT) (I know that close of business Sunday
sounds odd.)

I will combine the reviewed and revised "wrapper" document with the
reviewed and revised WG documents and send to the team prior to our call
on October 18.

The approved document will be sent to ICANN translation service and sent
out for Public Comment as soon as translation is complete.

Reminder: if you have any editorial feedback for Berkman with regard to
the Case Studies or their Final Report, please provide that to Berkman as
soon as possible.

Regards,

Brian
