Attached is a draft of the document for Public Comment.  Please note the following:

 

-          WG1 is complete 

-          WG2 – waiting on Larry’s next draft which will include minimal edits based on discussion in Boston

-          WG3 – contains revised Recommendation #8 based on discussion in Boston

-          WG4 – contains revised Recommendations based on discussion in Boston

 

Please review the entire draft and provide any edits specific to the revised recommendations in WG3 and WG4 documents as well as edits on the “wrapper” document that precedes the WG texts.  I will incorporate RT edits and continue to refine the draft.
