Many thanks for sharing your template and working group documents with
our team. We look forward to discussing the process with you on
tomorrow's call, and determining how best we can feedback on and support
your work.

As discussed during our Beijing meeting, attached is a draft document
which outlines our working criteria for the interviews, and further
outlines our planned process. It also includes a list of potential
interviews for each of the cases, mapped against the criteria outlined
in the first section of the document.  We consider this a working
document; we look forward to your thoughts and input on our rationale
and our preliminary list of names.
