Warren,
Thank you very much for taking the initiative. Will review it and look forward to discussion on Monday.

Attached are some comments on WG#3 framework. We again have tried to narrow it to Board and Staff focus. We have also added what we think is an important reference to AOC section 9.1.
Feedback?

RT,
We will have a short call tomorrow (no more than 45 minutes) that focuses on 2 points:
1. Each WG draft report should be following the framework established in WG2 draft (we can make minor tweaks going forward but need consistency)
2. Has each WG identified the remaining “fact checking” that it must do in order to complete the Factual Statement and to answer the Questions for Review. It is critical that each WG know the amount of fact checking (research and review documents, interviews etc.) and be certain that it can complete the work on our current timeline.
Attached is a draft of WG3 that follows the WG2 format. I have used the drafts from Cheryl, Louie and Warren. I am sure it can be improved but I drafted it to get WG3 closer to final status and in line with the framework.
Regards,
Brian
