[AT-Review] Best wishes for 2011 and thanks

Dear all,

 

I wish a great 2011 to all the members of the RT (including Becky and
Willie).

 

Many thanks to all of you.   The work in the Team was interesting, was
challenging and was often fun.   Many thanks for having contributed to a
very constructive atmosphere.   Special thanks in this respect go to Brian
and Manal.

 

Thanks to Brian, Chris and Larry who carried most of the weight for the
drafting work, especially over the last few days.

 

We will have to wait and see what the reactions to the final recommendations
will be, but I believe we can be reasonably satisfied with the product we
have delivered, under circumstances that were not very easy.

 

I look forward to meeting you all again, perhaps wearing differing hats.
