Working Group attend the respective (and longer in duration) GAC and Board

schedule changes and I will confirm with Diane that we can meet with the ICANN
Board from 2:00p.m. to 3:30p.m. as she suggests.</span></p>

conflict.</span></p>

schedule and I could accommodate a change and shift the GAC meeting with A&T
RT to Sunday 4pm instead of 2pm. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1f497d">Equally, I could accept
curtailing the A&T RT meeting with GAC Board JWG to 30 min from noon to
12.30. That would allow A&T RT engage with ALAC and At Large community
between 12.30 and 2pm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1f497d">It would mean that the RT will
be with GAC 2h30 min – 30 min – with JWG and 2 hours with GAC
itself.</span></p>

can meet with the ICANN Board on Sunday, June 20 at 2:00p.m. to 3:30p.m.
We have outstanding requests for time with the GAC and the GAC/Board working
group. Janis, (or anybody) could you quickly confirm whether Diane’s
proposed time works for us or not so she can lock in a time with the
Board. Thank you.</p>
