I have not mentioned costing on this one yet. I'm helping out here with the
survey structure at no obligation for payment. However generally we would
create and manage this type of survey and enter all the translations for about
$US2500 plus $200 per language assuming the translated text is provided.
However we have been doing similar jobs for ICANN lately for $US3000 and happy
