document. I have cut into this document the new versions of WG2 (thanks
Larry) and the new version of WG4 that I sent a couple of hours ago. The
suggested edits from Fabio, Manal and Warren are included in this version
(although some of the broader issues raised by Fabio are for discussion within

<p class=MsoNormal>The objective for our call is to reach agreement (or not) on
outstanding recommendations in WG3 (#8 and #9) and WG4 (the entirety of the
recommendations should be discussed and decided). After that, we should
address only areas of significant weaknesses that need to be addressed (e.g.
background facts; analysis) and have clear assignments as to who will quickly
gather necessary fact to address any weaknesses.<o:p></o:p></p>
