Report. The Report is to be included in the document as Appendix A and
there is a cover sheet at the end of the ATRT Public Comment document for that
purpose. <u>PLEASE NOTE</u>: the Berkman Final Report can go out in
ENGLISH ONLY with the translated ATRT Public Comment document. We
recognize that the ATRT Public Comment document translation will be time intensive
and we do not want to risk delay in the issue date of the ATRT Public Comment
document by insisting on a multilingual Berkman Final Report appendix.
However, we would like to have multilingual versions of the Berkman Final
Report available as soon as possible. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>As I mentioned, the ATRT wishes to have a 30 day public
comment period that closes prior to the opening of the ICANN meeting in
