On behalf of the ATLAS III Organising Committee, we look forward to welcoming you to ATLAS III in Montreal in just less than one month!

Travel arrangements and visas are all in progress – we are aware of the visa issues and are dealing with them. Travel Support will be seeing you through this process (ICANN Travel Support: travelsupport[at]icann.org)

As we are preparing logistics for a successful meeting, could you kindly respond to the two questions hereafter:

-          Do you have any dietary restrictions including food allergies? (for all catering provided)

-          Will you be attending the ATLAS III Welcome Reception on Sunday 3 November at 19h (7pm) at the Double Tree Hotel. Drinks and snacks will be provided for all participants and will allow for an informal social gathering, prior to a busy week ahead!

There is a shopping mall in the conference centre: Les Galeries du Palais is a commercial mall home to approximately 20 stores including restaurants, boutiques, and service locations
Event visitors and participants at the Palais can enjoy free wi-fi along the Galeries du Palais shopping concourse, on Level 1. Simply join “Free zone gratuite Palais” from your list of available networks on your mobile device.
Many other shops, convenience stores, restaurants and fast foods in the area.
