Dear Review Team Members,

This is to formally confirm that we have a meeting room available on the selected dates: Friday, 5 April and Saturday, 6 April - at the venue in Beijing.
Please voice any objections you may have by today end of business day. Should no objections be raised, we will proceed with the scheduling of the second ATRT 2 meeting.
Thanks,

Kind regards

Alice

Subject: Re: [atrt2] Doodle poll results - Beijing

Alan,

Thanks for suggesting this. Since we haven't selected a chair yet, I guess it falls to Heather and me to fill the void temporarily. Let's assume this is indeed a tentative decision with two provisos:

1. Let's get confirmation from ICANN staff that facilities will be available for the meeting. (And if not, we can probably arrange something simple in a hotel or something.)

2. Let's give everyone 24 hours to comment or object or whatever.

Assuming no serious glitches, ATRT2 will meet Friday, April 5, and Saturday, April 6, in Beijing.

(It looks like I am available for the first part of Friday and then likely tied up with other duties later Friday and all of Saturday, but we are meeting in two weeks and will have leadership, organization and a fully fleshed out agenda before we arrive in Beijing.)

Thanks,

Steve

Can we treat this as a formal decision for those dates so people can make their travel arrangements?

Dear Review Team Members,

This is to provide you with the results of the Beijing doodle poll - http://doodle.com/7tyr7ahkr3eiqed2

13 doodle entries were received:

 *   Friday, 5 April --> 11/13 may participate
 *   Saturday, 6 April --> 13/13 may participate
 *   Friday, 12 April --> 7/13 may participate
 *   Saturday, 13 April --> 7/13 may participate
 *   Sunday, 14 April --> 5/13 may participate

It appears – in light of this feedback – that the following combination would be the best option:
Friday, 5 April and Saturday, 6 April

Thanks

Very best regards

Alice
