[atrt2] Special Commission Calls for Internet Commissioner in Germany - SPIEGEL ONLINE

Whilst I am aware how popular the SPIEGEL is, it is not a model of
accuracy in its claims and reporting. Perhaps some hand holding & reply
is needed from ICANN's comms dept.
