[atrt2] Following up on ICANN's whistleblower hotline

In addition to the comments I offered earlier about ICANN's internal hotline for whistleblowers, I asked internally for some details.  They're readily available, but I shouldn't be the one passing information back and forth.  The best course is for the ATRT2 chair to ask the CEO for information.  I think the answers will come back quickly.
