[atrt2] Call for drafters

Dear Review Team Members,


Further to Brian's notification, the list of drafters includes:

- Brian Cute;
- Avri Doria;
- Alan Greenberg;
- Carlos Raúl Gutierrez.

We will relay this information to the travel team.


The drafting session will be held on Saturday, 24 August.

Note that Olivier has volunteered for a reviewer position.
