Thanks Brian. Great to see this is moving forward.

Will Stephen Conroy also serve as a vector for transmission to relevant 
ministerial level parties?
Do "appropriate government officials" incorporate ministers or is this 
thread pursued by you, Heather and ICANN staff looking specifically at 
GAC & parties in the Toronto GAC HLM?
