I am quite satisfied with the actual draft (much thanks to all  
involved in the text composition)
Some minor comment:
- Include something like "identifying other comparable  
multistakeholder processes" and move the "? Benchmark the ICANN PDP  
process against other relevant multistakeholder" to be the forth item  
on the section ( two sub-items below)
