No problem. Actually I am the one to apologize. A few hours before my mail to you Larry sent out his proposals for i.a. a set of new recommendations also covering outreach. But unfortunately I only read his mail much later. That was a pity because the item proposed by me on outreach is already very well covered by his Draft new rec. 9 therefore making the addition of an item to the Inventory on Outreach (item #42) superfluous. Please accept my apologies for the incovenience.

I realize now why there was a misunderstanding. You were referencing Rec#29 on Fiona's paper, which is related to the PDP. While you mentioned "Outreach", I was focused on the number, rather than the topic. The outreach comment, which was number #25, has been now added and will be posted shortly, with a note to ATRT 2.

I appreciate that you - as agreed in the conference call Thursday - have now inserted Recommendation #7 Finance Accountability and Transparency from Fiona's paper in Item #34 of the revised Inventory.
We also agreed that #29 Outreach from Fiona's paper should be reflected in the revised inventory. This, however, is still not the case. In particular it is not covered by Item #28 of the Inventory which is dealing with Effectiveness of the GNSO PDP.
Accordingly I urge you to insert a new Item #42 in the Inventory in accordance with the following:
Column D: WS4
Column E: Outreach
Column F: Jørgen Abild Andersen
Column G: ICANN should enhance its activities aiming at making ICANN's work relevant for stakeholders in those parts of the world where stakeholders are less active participants in the work of ICANN than stakeholders in other parts in order to ensure that ICANN's decisions are "embraced, supported and accepted by the public and the Internet community" in all parts of the world in accordance with the provisions of the AOC. Before implementing this recommendation ICANN should establish a baseline and concrete goal to be reached as well as a plan to reach the goal.

As a follow up from yesterday's call, an updated Inventory of Observations and Recommendations has been posted on the wiki<https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/41899319/ATRT2+Inventory+of+Observations+%26+Potential+Recommendations++-+A%26T+%28Update30Aug%29v.2.xlsx?version=1&modificationDate=1377887181000>.
Items to note:
1. The two items Jorgen had highlighted had already been included in the earlier version of the Inventory<https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/41899319/ATRT2+Inventory+of+Observations+%26+Potential+Recommendations++-+A%26T+%28Update22Aug%29.xlsx?version=1&modificationDate=1377538073000>.
a. Specifically, Recommendation #7 Finance Accountability and Transparency and #29 Outreach from Fiona's paper are reflected as Items # 34 and #28, respectively, on the Inventory.
2. New items #38-41 have been added as place holders for potential recommendations regarding SSR RT and WHOIS RT recommendations implementation. Please provide the wording of your observations and potential recommendations when you have it available.
3. Action Items | Responsibility | Schedule column, as well as Additional Information is continuously updated to reflect new information.
4. Specific staff follow up items from yesterday's meeting are:
a. WHOIS update is being finalized by staff and will be submitted as soon as possible.
b. Organization Chart has been requested and will be provided as soon as it is finalized and approved by Fadi within the next two weeks.
c. Timing of publication of budget data by Program/Project on myICANN.org will be provided once Finance and PMO review the details.
