[atrt2] ATRT2 Final Report

Brian and everyone,

Thanks for this massive and intensive piece of work.  I have printed it out -- I'm afraid I'm still old school -- and will study over the next several days.

I have already forwarded it to the Board.  We had begun to organize and schedule our activity to absorb and respond.  We will keep you informed.

Again, thanks for the enormous amount of conscientious effort.  The ball is now in our court.

Best wishes for the new year.  Take a few hours off to recuperate.  You all deserve it :)
