The meeting will take place on Thursday and Friday (full days), with the specific agenda to be developed shortly. Participants will arrive on Wednesday, 18 September and depart on Friday night, 20 September, based on flight availability.<b><u><o:p></o:p></u></b></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><u>Members planning to attend the Washington DC meeting in-person will need to finalize their travel arrangements by 5 pm PST on Friday, 30 August</u>. Constituency Travel has already contacted you regarding your travel arrangements. If Constituency Travel does not hear from you before 5:00 pm PST Friday 30 August, they will assume that you plan to participate in the meeting remotely. This aggressive timeline is necessary given the short lead time for your selected meeting date and the high cost of airfares and hotel. <span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"'><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><b><u>Buenos Aires (Monday, 18 November – Wednesday, 20 November)<br></u></b>Staff will work to have ATRT 2 sessions scheduled within the timeframe identified during the last Los Angeles meeting – Monday through Wednesday.
