we cannot at this late stage without further discussion in ATRT hold back the final version of the template on ICANN Finances. Moreover I may remind you that you didn't ask for any changes when we discussed the template yesterday. Instead you confirmed my
report from the conference call between you, me and Xavier. There was no conclusion about any need for changes in the template coming out of this call. Instead I concluded that the thinking behind the current ICANN initiatives within this field seemed to be
very much in line with the thinking behind the proposals in the template on Finances although the proposals in the template to some extent go further than current ICANN initiatives. You confirmed this conclusion upon my request.</font></span></div>
