Purpose: During its 13 August meeting, the ATRT3 Caucus Group agreed as a next step toward Board action it should begin discussions with the ATRT3 implementation shepherds.<https://community.icann.org/x/BYM4C> The purpose of the discussion(s) will be for the Caucus Group to seek clarity on some elements of the ATRT3 recommendations in order to prepare for discussions with the full Board, signaling potential Board action.
