Zahid,
In general AIM supports the approach suggested.
There is no merit in trade mark protection that is time limited or simply
ineffective.
And we agree that there is a danger the IP clearing house will be seen by
non-specialists on the Board as a "reasonable compromise" when in fact it is no
compromise at all.
