[bc-gnso] Nominating Committee Large Business election

Thanks for your note.

I am confused about the term "advisory election" and that the officers  
would "decide who to appoint to the second NomCom slot."

Surely the election result would tell us who the members would like to  
appoint to the second Nominating Committee seat?

Perhaps you could clarify?
