Last call, folks.   Below is the draft CBUC position on the Registry  
Operations Baseline Study.

To date, only NetChoice has supplied comment and approval of the  
position statement.

Absent objections by COB tomorrow, we will file as consensus CBUC comments on
1-Apr-2010.
