[bc-gnso] BC pre council call, 10th of January, 10am EST

hi Marilyn,

hm…  my old standby, the GNSO master calendar (http://gnso.icann.org/calendar/index-2012.htm) isn't up to date -- the IRTP meeting isn't posted yet, so i'm not sure if there are others missing as well…  but it looks like another time to avoid is 20:00 UTC -- Consumer Metrics.  so maybe 16:00 UTC instead of 15:00?  any time between 16:00 and 20:00 looks OK to me.
