To watch the live webcast (or the archived webcast, post-hearing) just go to http://judiciary.house.gov/index.html ; there will be a link on that home page tomorrow morning to the live webcast, or just click on the Hearings & Markups tab post-event.
So far as Antony's viewpoint, I am also surprised by the lack of diversity in the witness list. Why isn't there a witness from the Department of Commerce to give the Administration's viewpoint, as it has certainly been active within the GAC on the scorecard? And why isn't there a proponent of new gTLDs, like Antony, to represent investor groups who have been waiting for the application window to open? Instead, with all respect to BC members who will be testifying, there is Kurt and five witnesses who will all (I expect) be critical of ICANN, and the whole new gTLD program, from a generally IP-centric viewpoint. The Subcommittee would be better served by hearing a broader range of perspectives.
