[bc-gnso] U.S. analyst puts form to global Internet trends

Every year, Kleiner Perkin's (Palo Alto, CA) analyst, Mary Meeker,
offers her view of the global technology marketplace at the Web 2.0
conference in San Francisco.  This year's presentation (here:
http://www.kpcb.com/insights/internet-trends-2011) is as provocative as
expected.

Global, mobile, social, sure, but she suggests an interdependence that
has implications for the new gTLD program. 

I thought it might help stimulate your own thinking (as it has mine).
