[bc-gnso] ICANN extends comment period

ICANN is extending the comment period for the 1,900 applications for new domains until September 26, the organization announced today<http://bit.ly/P5R0UU>. Lawmakers and others had raised concerns about the adequacy of the public comment period, which was set to close on Sunday.
