[bc-gnso] for expedited review: BC comment on feasibility of a study of Privacy/Proxy relay and reveal

As we decided on Wednesday's member call, the BC will file comments encouraging ICANN to follow-through on a study of relay and reveal practices of privacy/proxy providers.

Susan Kawaguchi of Facebook prepared draft comments for the BC (attached).

Please review over the weekend and use Track Changes if you make document edits.   And please provide responses before noon (Eastern US Time) on Monday 16-July.

Thanks to Susan for taking the lead on this critical issue for BC members.
