[bc-gnso] NTAG Newsletter - sent as FYI only

The new NTAG group in the Registries SG has a newsletter, which may be useful to look at.  Of course, there is concern about the BC's suggestion of a change in the objection period, and otherimprovements in the RPMs.  However, for any companies who are also brand applicants, they may want to be aware of this group, which is focusing on the issues related to completing the registry application process.
