[bc-gnso] Update on New gTLD RPM Working Groups

Please attend this meeting for an update on the progress of the three Working Groups.

As a reminder the Working Groups are as follows:

1.      Working Group #1 led by J. Scott Evans
*       Focused on Trademark Clearinghouse technical implementation; Sunrise and Claims extension; and inclusion of abusively registered names into the Trademark Clearinghouse

2.      Working Group #2 led by Fabricio Vayra
*       Focused on implementation of the URS (Uniform Rapid Suspension)

3.      Working Group #3 led by Brian Beckham and Claudio de Gangi
*       Focused on the implementation of a blocking mechanism for second-level registrations
