[bc-gnso] Update to BC Meeting Schedule 2013

Dear BC Members,

 

I just wanted to notify members that there has been a modification in date
for one of the BC meetings for 2013 which was initially scheduled to take
place on the 5th of July 2013. The Planning meeting for Durban will now take
place on Monday, July 1st, 2013 at 11 am EST.
