[bc-gnso] Change in date: BC Members Call - March 12th, 2013 at 11 am EST

Dear BC Members,

Please save the date for the upcoming BC Members Pre Council call 
scheduled to take place on *Tuesday, March 12th, 2013 at 11 am EST  (4 
pm UTC)*. According to the draft call calendar the BC Members call was 
scheduled for this coming Monday, March 4th, 2013, but following the BC 
Officer Elections the Excomm has decided to postpone the call until 
after the seating of the new Excomm.

Dial in details and agenda will follow. Please let me know if you 
require a dial out for the call,
