[bc-gnso] Election announcement: Process for upcoming election

Dear BC Members,

 

Please note that the new election process for the GNSO Councilor seat and
Small Business seat in the Nominating Committee will open on Friday, Oct.
4th, 2013. Please find the full election procedure attached outlining the
procedure and timeline. I will send an official election announcement at the
opening of the nomination period, as per procedure.
